Bob Traina established Pavers by Design in 2012 and has over 8 years experience in the paver/design industry.  He is ICPI Certified and has worked for other large companies before deciding to start his own company with low overhead to provide a low cost, high customer satisfaction option to this growing industry.

Originally from New York, Bob relocated to the Bay Area with IBM who he previously worked for over 18 years in the high tech industry.  He decided to pursue a career change in 2005. Upon working in the Real Estate and Home Improvement industry, Bob found his calling, designing and installing beautiful paver stones and hardscapes. He is passionate and dedicated to building relationships and ensuring great customer satisfaction. He enjoys all aspects of his work, from the initial meeting with customers, to seeing the final project to completion.
